Pricing
Priced by the unit, released to the unit.
Credits are reserved when a campaign is created. Only completed units are consumed; the rest returns to your balance when the campaign ends.
Cancellation
Owners, admins and billing members can cancel a subscription themselves at any time from Billing. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed afterwards; the organization then returns to the Free plan. Included credits are added to your balance each paid month, do not expire and stay in your balance after you cancel.
Packs and refunds
Credit packs are one-time purchases. Unused pack credits remain on your balance while the account is open. The Refund Policy sets out when refunds apply.
